We ship from Japan, worldwide. Every order is sent duty-paid (DDP) — the price at checkout already includes any import duties, so nothing unexpected arrives at your door.

Orders over $199 ship free. Most arrive in 7–14 days. Ceramics are double-boxed and cushioned by hand; if anything arrives damaged, we replace it — just send a photo.
