Tomari is a shop run by one person in Tokyo. Okos Corporation is the company behind it, and the details below are the ones you would want before buying from another country: who we are, where we are, what shipping and duties cost, and how a return works.

Charges besides the price of the goods	Shipping is shown on each product page and on the Shipping & Duties page. To the United States, shipping is charged by weight from $22, and import duty is included in the price and paid by us before dispatch, so nothing is collected on delivery. To every other country, orders of US$199 or more ship free; import duties and taxes there are not included in the price and, depending on the rules of the destination country, are collected on delivery by the carrier or the post office.
Delivery	Dispatched from Tokyo within 5 business days of the order. Most orders arrive in 7–14 days after dispatch.
Payment methods	Credit card and the other methods shown at checkout.
When payment is taken	Payment is confirmed when the order is placed.
Return period	Within 30 days of receipt, for unused and unopened items.
Returns and refunds	Once we have received and inspected the returned item, we refund to the original payment method within 10 business days. If an item is faulty or wrongly shipped, please send us a photograph first. If something arrives broken, write within 7 days of delivery with three photographs; we send a replacement or a refund at no cost, and nothing needs to be posted back unless we ask. Please keep the box, the packing and the broken pieces for 30 days. See Refund policy.
Return postage	For a return for personal reasons the customer pays the return postage. If an item is faulty or wrongly shipped, we pay it. Broken items do not normally need to be posted back; if we ask for one, we pay the postage.

商品代金以外の必要料金	送料は各商品ページおよび Shipping & Duties ページに表示しております。米国宛の送料は重量に応じて22米ドルからで、輸入関税は商品代金に含まれ、発送前に当店が納付します（お届け時の徴収はありません）。米国以外の国は199米ドル以上のご注文で送料無料です。米国以外の国の輸入関税・税は商品代金に含まれず、お届け先の国の規定により、運送会社または郵便局がお届け時に徴収いたします。
引渡時期	ご注文確認後5営業日以内に東京から発送いたします。発送から通常7〜14日でお届けします。
お支払方法	クレジットカード等、決済画面に表示される方法。
お支払時期	ご注文時にお支払いが確定します。
返品期間	未使用・未開封の商品に限り、お受け取りから30日以内。
返品・返金ポリシー	ご返送いただいた商品を確認のうえ、10営業日以内に元のお支払い方法へ返金いたします。不良・誤配送の場合は、まず写真をお送りください。輸送中の破損は、商品のお届けから7日以内に、注文番号と写真3枚（割れた商品、箱の内側、送り状が見える箱の外側）をお送りください。確認のうえ、交換または返金のいずれかお好みの方法で、費用をいただかずに対応いたします。当店からお願いしない限り、商品をご返送いただく必要はありません。箱・梱包材・割れた商品は30日間お手元に保管してください。
返品にかかる送料	お客様のご都合による返品の返送料はお客様のご負担です。不良・誤配送の場合は当店が負担いたします。輸送中の破損は、原則としてご返送は不要です（当店からご返送をお願いする場合の送料は当店が負担いたします）。
